The Great Wall near Beijing (video)

Jiankou Great Wall, Huairou District, Beijing, China. I first climbed it in 2000, and by my third climb in 2006, I had completed all sections. Since 2005, six people have died from falls at Jiankou Great Wall, one person was killed by falling rocks, and three people were killed by lightning strikes.

Wangquanyu Great Wall, Huairou District, Beijing, China. I climbed this section of the Great Wall in 2002, it's right next to the Jiankou Great Wall to the west.

Jinshanling Great Wall, Luanping County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, China. I climbed this section of the Great Wall in 2016.

Simatai Great Wall, Miyun County, Beijing, China, is the most dangerous section of the Great Wall. I haven’t climbed this section of the Great Wall.
